Hi! I’m Erica Rich.
I’ve been loving and making movies since I was a kid. I studied film in the classroom, on set, and in the editing bay. I’ve gotten to work on pretty cool stuff with pretty cool people, including my own short film, Orbiting Pluto, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, the DVDs for Seinfeld, and How I Met Your Mother. Along the way, I learned A LOT from the BEST in the business. I’ve had jobs in advertising and digital media. I’ve earned an MBA and marketed Warner Bros. movies. I write books for kids and recently started doing standup comedy. I’m a mom, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, and friend. I live in Los Angeles, eat gluten, and still respond to my high school nickname, Kermit.
CINETOAST STARTED BY ACCIDENT.
My brother was getting married, and I didn’t want to make just any toast. Instead of giving a speech and raising a glass, I edited together photos and videos from both of their lives and set it all to music, turning family memories into a lively video montage. As their two families became one, a new business was born. Turns out, I didn’t make a toast. I made Cinetoast.
Since then, I’ve been making Cinetoast videos for families, organizations, and all kinds of celebrations: weddings, big birthdays, graduations, bar and bat mitzvahs, new babies, major anniversaries, and retirements. Cinetoast has evolved into a company that specializes in capturing history on video, creating lasting, treasured memories for generations. I’ve earned the trust of Emmy and Oscar winners and — more importantly — numerous repeat clients.
AND NOW…
The mission of Cinetoast is to use old memories to create new fun.
Everyone deserves a movie of their lifetime.
Let’s make yours.
